Yoga Nidra (aka yogic sleep) is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. I will guide you into the Yoga Nidra state through a body scan, enabling you to let go of any tension or control that you have in your mind and/or body allowing energy to flow freely throughout your body. All the while you will remain awake and aware. In the state of consciousness known as Yoga Nidra you will set your sankulpa, intention, for what your mind and/or body need at that moment.
